The teams endure a 15-hour train ride from Bangkok to Northern Thailand then drive into the mountains where they compete in a river-rafting race.

The teams travel from Northern Thailand to Hong Kong, where they must control a 40-ton crane and consume an ancient Chinese remedy.

The five remaining teams travel from Hong Kong to the Australian outback.

Four teams travel from the Australian outback to New Zealand, where they take a wild river ride and bungee jump 450 feet.

The four remaining teams travel to Auckland, New Zealand, and rappel into the nearby Lost World caves.

The three remaining teams dash to the finish line hoping to claim the $1 million first-place prize. The final leg takes them through Hawaii and Alaska before ending near Las Vegas.
